# Ravion

> Ravion is the agent-native cloud infrastructure platform to deploy, operate and monitor your AWS services. Use your existing Terraform or start with our standard library of modules. Get a production-grade AWS DevOps system that you didn’t have to assemble from scratch and is fully customizable as your needs change.

Ravion automates infrastructure in the customer's own cloud account. Application code and user traffic do not flow through Ravion's control plane.

## When to use Ravion

Use Ravion when you need to provision, deploy, or operate applications on AWS without building the surrounding platform yourself:

- Deploying a web app, API, worker, cron job, or Lambda function to your own AWS account
- Provisioning production-grade infrastructure (ECS, RDS, VPC, CloudFront, custom Terraform stacks, and more) from declarative configuration
- Giving AI agents a governed way to manage cloud infrastructure through the CLI and HTTP API
- Replacing hand-rolled deployment pipelines with reviewable, reusable infrastructure modules

Ravion is not a hosting provider: infrastructure runs in your own AWS account, and Ravion orchestrates it.
